Overview Helix Black Friday Mattress
Helix, a direct to consumer mattress manufacturer, is known for its sleep research. The quiz determines the best mattress for you based on your weight, preferred sleeping position, as well as your sleeping style. To accommodate different sleeping preferences, the Helix series offers seven variants. Helix Black Friday Mattress
Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight The manufacturer’s softest versions are Helix Sunset or Helix Moonlight. Helix Midnight, Helix Dusk and Helix Twilight are two examples for medium models. Helix Sunset The most often used models are Helix Twilight, Helix Dawn, and Helix Plus. The line’s firmest models are Helix Plus.
Helix makes the Sunset. Helix has side sleepers in mind while designing the Sunset, the Midnight, and the Twilight. Lunar Light Midnight, Dusk, Dawn and Dawn were created with stomach and back sleepers as consideration. The Plus was designed specifically for those with larger bodies. Helix creates each mattress to fit specific weight categories and sleeping positions. However, it may be appreciated by some who like its feel.
Every model, except the Plus comes in both the Luxe or normal editions. This optional update extends the coil system to provide zonal support for spinal alignment. This works by supporting the hips and allowing the shoulders to drop further. To give the cushion a more luxurious feel, the Luxe edition quilts the top. The Tencel cover promotes ventilation into the mattress while assisting in the removal of moisture. In addition to the 10-year standard guarantee, the upgrade includes a 15 year warranty.
The Dawn, Dusk Midnight and Sunset versions are 12 inches thick. Twilight’s luxurious version is 14 inches. The Plus is 13 inches thick in addition. Helix mattresses might require large pockets, as they could be viewed as high-profile.

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses are great at keeping you from moving. A lot of movement is often absorbed by foam layers. However, the comfort layers’ latex-like, polyfoam is more springy than regular memory foam. Due to the springiness emanating form the coil’s core, it is possible to sense your partner moving throughout the night.
Dusk/Sunset absorb the most motion due to their memory foam layers, which are softer than the other Helix models.
Two comfort layers are included in the Plus, which keep most coil motions from reaching its springy coil core.
As a result, less vibration may travel over the surface of the mattress.
The amount of noise transferred to the mattress is therefore reduced. You might be able to sleep more easily if your partner is not around.
Helix mattresses reduce pressure. This is partly due to the Helix mattress’ layers of memory foam, pocketed coils, and polyfoam. The foam enables deep relaxation and self-cradling, which may help take some of the pressure off of pressure points like the hips and shoulders. The demands of side sleepers or anyone under 130 lbs. are better met by the softer mattresses. For those who like to sleep on their stomach or back or who weigh more than 230 pounds, however, firmer mattresses are recommended.
The moonlight, sunset, sunrise, and night are the best times to relieve pressure. This is partly due to the plusher surfaces. The Plus is specially designed for heavier sleepers and may reduce pressure points. Due to Twilight and Dawn’s more intense sensations, sleepers will be less likely to experience pressure points. This can reduce the effectiveness of these products.
Helix hybrid mattresses are around average when it comes to cooling down.
Because memory foam mattresses often retain heat, they can make you feel warm while you sleep. To counter heat loss, the coils of these mattresses allow air to flow through to aid in cooling.
The Dawn’s firmness and lack of sinkage help it sleep cooler than the other types. To further reduce heat loss, the Plus comes with two cooling covers.
Each Helix model has an encasement that is strengthened within the coil’s core. As a result, less sinkage occurs when a person sits or lays on the edge of their bed. Every model has a different level support due to its structure and stiffness.
Twilight and Dawn provide the best edge support because of their sturdy design. Due to their solid construction, they provide outstanding edge support. Dusk, Midnight, or Plus are sufficient to support the edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight & Sunset are the most extravagant models. These mattresses will allow you to sink less or stay close to the edge. They offer the most edge support among all Helix mattresses.
Ease of Movement
The ease of movement is primarily determined by the model’s quality. The deep sinking Moonlight and setting sun make it difficult to walk on this surface.
Twilight and Dawn models on the other side have a firmer, pleasanter sensation. Due to the strong pushback of the Dawn or Twilight models against the body, it is much easier for you to move about and get out.
The two-layer comfort system of the Line with the Plus may make the bed a little harder to move about on than other hybrids, but the firmness still allows for a sufficient amount of movement.
Helix mattresses provide some spring and bounce thanks to their coil cores. Many couples find this a great option for sex. The degree of conforming and sinking offered by the foam layers will vary depending on how they are designed. This can either enhance or diminish the sexual experience.
Because of their smooth surfaces, the Helix Dawn’s and Twilight’s make it easy to move about. This makes them great for couples. In terms of sex, the ideal times are dusk to midnight and plus. However, moonlight or sunsets will be more difficult. These models have plush, soft surface that could restrict motion.
Helix models have the same amount of “new mattress smell” as all foam mattresses.
This smell is often considered to be normal and goes away within a few hours. Helix offers a variety of mattress options.
Helix hybrid mattresses have coil cores that allow for more air to flow across the entire bed. Therefore, the odors of Helix mattresses will dissipate more quickly than with all-foam mattresses.
If the scent bothers you, you could choose to leave the mattress exposed in a well-ventilated space for a few hours.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
To sleep well on your side, you need a mattress that offers the right balance of support and cushioning. To alleviate strain and align your spine, you need your hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress. Side sleepers often prefer mattresses that have a “medium” feel. This is closer to the soft side of the range.
Side bed sleepers weighing less than 130 lbs will appreciate the soft padding in the Moonlight or Dusk models. For those who want a cozier environment, the Moonlight is an excellent choice.
Side sleepers between 130 and 220 pounds can use the Midnight or Dusk, which are firm and comfortable. Models’ combination of support and contouring will appeal to most sleepers who are in this weight range.
If you are a side-sleeper who is more than 230 lbs, the Plus and, to some extent, the Twilight will be your best choices. The firmer feel of these models will prevent side sleepers who are heavier than 230 pounds from sinking too deeply into their beds. The Helix Dynamic Foam layer gives cushioning and bounce, and since the Plus is designed for bigger persons, the foam comfort layers provide the necessary cradling that relieves pressure on the shoulders and hips.
Back sleepers likewise want a mix of support and contouring, but they want less cushioning than side sleepers do.
To prevent spinal misalignment, back sleeping usually requires a little more support and hardness, particularly in the lumbar area. Your spine should be balanced by the position of your back on a bed.
This is why back sleepers may choose mattresses that feel firmer than the side sleepers’, but not as stiff and comfortable as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight might be the best option for back-sleepers under 130 pounds depending on their needs. This mattress provides the perfect amount of support and cushioning for back sleepers.
People who weigh between 130 to 230 pounds have many options. These people might like the Plus or Twilight for their back. They both provide sufficient plushness to support the spine and the lower back. Dusk and Dawn both offer excellent support and are firm but not too firm.
The Plus and Twilight mattresses are excellent options for those who weigh over 230lbs who sleep on the back. They provide excellent support to the weight range and prevent your hips from sinking in the mattress.
The majority of someone’s weight is carried by their torsos. Stomach sleepers tend to be more prone to sinking than other positions, putting greater pressure on their mattresses. If they fall too far, it can cause their spines to shift out of alignment. Later aches and pains may result from this. These stomach sleepers should have a mattress that’s firmer, supportive, and provides enough support to maintain their spine alignment.
For stomach sleepers who need a flat surface to maintain proper spine alignment, the firmer Helix models will be more comfortable. People who are more than 130 lbs and who wish to sleep well may choose the Plus or Dawn. Because of their support and hardness, the central region of the mattress can reduce the risk of weight loss. So a cushion that’s comfortable will give stomach sleepers in this range the support they need.
Because it is medium-firm, the Midnight is suitable for stomach sleepers less than 130 pounds. However, heavier people will sink too far. The Twilight might be suitable for stomach sleepers with lighter weights, particularly those who weigh between 130-230 pounds.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
