Overview Helix Dual Mattress
A direct-to-consumer mattress manufacturer called Helix is renowned for its sleep study. This quiz will determine which mattress is best for you. It takes into account your weight, preferred sleep position, and personal sleeping preferences. There are seven main variants in the Helix series to suit different sleeping styles. Helix Dual Mattress
Helix Sunset, Helix Moonlight, and Helix Sunset are the most soft versions. Helix Midnight and Helix Dusk are two examples of medium models. Helix Sunset The most often used models are Helix Twilight, Helix Dawn, and Helix Plus. Helix Plus are the strongest models in this line.
Helix produces the Sunset. Helix kept side sleepers in mind when creating the Sunset, Midnight and Twilight. Lunar Light Midnight, Dusk, Dawn and Dawn were created with stomach and back sleepers as consideration. The Plus was designed specifically for those with larger bodies. While Helix designs each mattress with certain weight categories and sleep positions in mind, some people may also like the way it feels.
All models, except for the Plus edition, come in both the Luxe as well as the normal editions. This optional update extends the coil system to provide zonal support for spinal alignment. This allows the hips to be supported and the shoulders to sink further. The top of the cushion is quilted in the Luxe edition to give it a plusher feel. Tencel cover allows for better ventilation of the mattress, while also removing moisture. The upgrade comes with a 15-year warranty, in addition to the standard 10-year guarantee.
Standard versions of the Dawn and Dusk, Midnight, Moonlight and Sunset are 12 inches thick. The luxurious versions are 14 inches. Additionally, the Plus measures 13 inches in thickness. Because Helix mattresses can be considered high-profile, it may require substantial pockets.
We’ll examine the features, construction, and reviews of each of these Helix mattresses. To help you decide which model could be the best for you, we’ll also list some of its possible benefits.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses perform well at preventing movement. A lot of movement is often absorbed by foam layers. However, comfort layers’ latex-like memory foam is much springier than regular memory foam. The springiness emanating out of the coil’s center may allow you to detect your partner’s movements during the night.
Dusk/Sunset absorb the most motion due to their memory foam layers, which are softer than the other Helix models.
The Plus has two comfort layers as well, which prevent the majority of coil motions from reaching the springy coil core of the mattress.
You may experience less vibration on the mattress’ surface.
As a consequence, noise transmission is decreased over the mattress. It is possible to rest better if you sleep at night, in the morning, or at night.
Helix mattresses are known for their ability to reduce pressure. This is due in part to the pockets of coils and memory foam. The foam can be used to relax deeply and allow for self-cradling. This may help reduce pressure points such pressure points as the hips and shoulders. Side sleepers (or anyone below 130 lbs) have specific needs. Softer mattresses will be more accommodating to their needs. For those who like to sleep on their stomach or back or who weigh more than 230 pounds, however, firmer mattresses are recommended.
Moonlight, dusk and sunset provide the best pressure relief, partly because they have plusher surfaces. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Twilight’s stronger sensation will cause sleepers to be more resistant to pressure points, which can decrease the efficacy and effectiveness of these products.
Helix mattresses perform well for hybrids when it comes down to sleeping cool.
The memory foam mattress has a reputation for making you feel heated while you sleep since it often captures and holds onto heat all night. These mattresses have coils that allow air to circulate through them to counter heat loss.
The Dawn’s firmness, and lack of sinkage, makes it more comfortable than other types. Two cooling covers are included with the Plus to further aid with heat dissipation.
Every Helix model is equipped with an encasement, which is strengthened within its core. As a result, less sinkage occurs when a person sits or lays on the edge of their bed. However, owing in large part to the quality of the construction and stiffness, each model has a varying level of edge support.
For instance, due to their sturdy design, the Dawn and Twilight provide the best edge support. Their sturdy construction provides excellent edge support. Dusk or Midnight, plus provide adequate support for the edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight and Sunset are the most luxurious models. They offer more support for your spine, while also allowing you to sleep closer to the edge. They offer the most edge support among all Helix mattresses.
Ease of Movement
The model’s overall quality is what separates the ease of movement from any other class. The deep sinking Moonlight and setting sun make it difficult to walk on this surface.
Twilight models and Dawn models feel more firm and pleasant. Due to the strong pushback of the Dawn or Twilight models against the body, it is much easier for you to move about and get out.
The Line with Plus’s plush comfort system with two layers may make it more difficult to move, but the firmness of the mattress still allows for enough movement.
Helix mattresses have coil cores that provide spring and bounce, which couples often enjoy when having sex. The degree of conforming and sinking offered by the foam layers will vary depending on how they are designed. This can either enhance or diminish the sexual experience.
The Helix Dawn and Twilight have smooth surfaces that make moving around easier, making them excellent choices for couples. Also, while dusk, night, and plus are great times to have sex, moonlight and sunset can make it more difficult. These models have soft, plush surfaces that can restrict movement.
Helix models start with the same standard amount of “new-mattress scent” that all foam mattresses have.
The smell is usually considered safe and disappears after a few days. Helix offers a variety of mattress options.
Helix mattresses are hybrids. Their coil cores allow more air to circulate across the bed because they have multiple coils. This means that the odors from Helix mattresses will dissipate faster than they would from an all-foam one.
If the scent bothers you, you could choose to leave the mattress exposed in a well-ventilated space for a few hours.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
You can sleep comfortably on your side if you find the right combination of support and cushioning in a mattress. To alleviate strain and align your spine, you need your hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress. Side sleepers often prefer mattresses that have a “medium” feel. This is closer to the soft side of the range.
Side bed sleepers less than 130lbs will enjoy the plush padding on the Moonlight and Dusk models. The Moonlight is the best option for those who desire a cozier setting.
The Midnight and Dusk models are best for side sleepers weighing between 130-230 pounds. Most people in this weight range will love the models’ combination for powerful contouring as well as support.
The Plus and, in a lesser amount, the Twilight are the best options for side sleepers who weigh more than 220 pounds. People who are side sleepers will not sink too deeply into these models due to their firmer feel. Helix Dynamic Foam provides cushioning and bounce. The Plus is made for larger people. The foam comfort layers provide the needed cradling to relieve pressure on the hips and shoulders.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
To prevent spinal misalignment, back sleeping usually requires a little more support and hardness, particularly in the lumbar area. The posture of your back on the bed ensures that your spine is reasonably even.
This is why back sleepers often choose mattresses that are firmer than those preferred by side sleepers but not as stiff as those preferred by stomach sleepers.
The Midnight could be the best choice for back sleepers less than 130 lbs, depending on their requirements. It provides the ideal amount to support this sleeping position and offers cushioning.
Those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds have a wide range of options. The Plus or Twilight might be a good choice for back sleepers who are in this weight range. Both offer enough cushioning to cushion the spine, and support for the lower back. Dusk and Dawn both offer excellent support and are firm but not too firm.
The Plus, Twilight or Dawn are great options if you weigh more than 220 pounds and prefer to sleep on your back. These pillows provide excellent support and help to keep hips from sinking into your mattress.
Because the majority of an individual’s weight is in their torsos, Stomach-sleepers are more likely than other sleepers to place greater strain on their mattresses. They also tend to sink deeper than those in other positions. They run the danger of pushing their spines out of their normal alignment and forming a U shape if they drop too far. This can lead to later aches, and pains. The bottom line is that stomach sleepers need a mattress which is firmer, more supportive and offers enough support to align their backs.
The firmer Helix versions will be most comfortable for stomach sleepers, who require a level surface to preserve proper spinal alignment and alignment. For those over 130lbs who wish to get a good night’s sleep, the Plus and Dawn may be a better choice. Because of their support and hardness, the central region of the mattress can reduce the risk of weight loss. To provide stomach sleepers with this weight, a cushion which is comfortable will be sufficient.
The Midnight is appropriate for stomach sleepers under 130 pounds since it feels medium-firm. For heavier people, however, the Midnight will sink too deep. The Twilight may be suitable for stomach-sleepers who are lighter than 130 to 230 lbs, especially if they weigh between 130 and 220 lb.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
