Overview Helix Luxe Mattress
Helix, a direct to consumer mattress manufacturer, is known for its sleep research. This quiz helps you determine the ideal mattress by analyzing your body, weight, sleeping style, and preferred sleeping position. To accommodate different sleeping preferences, the Helix series offers seven variants. Helix Luxe Mattress
Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight The manufacturer’s softest versions are Helix Sunset or Helix Moonlight. Helix Midnight, Helix Dusk and Helix Twilight are two examples for medium models. Helix Sunset Helix Twilight Helix Dawn Helix Plus and Helix Plus have the most common use models. The line’s firmest models are Helix Plus.
Helix produced the Sunset. Helix was conscious of side sleepers while creating the Sunset (the Midnight) and the Twilight. Lunar Light Midnight, Dusk and Dawn are designed with stomach sleepers and backs in mind. The Plus is made especially for larger people. Helix makes each mattress with specific weights and sleep positions in mind. But, for some people, the Plus may feel great.
With the exception of Plus, every model is available in both the Luxe and normal editions. Optional, the update expands the coil system in order to provide zonal Lumbar Support to improve spinal alignment. The hips are supported while the shoulders drop farther. To give the cushion a plush feeling, the Luxe version of the top quilt is applied to it. Tencel covers allow for ventilation to the mattress and help remove moisture. Upgrades come with an additional 15-year warranty in addition the usual 10-year guarantee.
The Dawn, Dusk Midnight, Midnight Moonlight, Sunset and Twilight standard versions are 12 inches thick. While the luxurious versions measure 14 inches. Additionally, the Plus measures 13 inches in thickness. Helix mattresses could need substantial pockets since any of these heights might be regarded as high-profile.

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses are great at keeping you from moving. The foam layers absorb most movement. However, the comfort layers’ latex-like, polyfoam is more springy than regular memory foam. You may be able to sense your partner’s movements throughout the night because to the springiness that emanates from the coil’s center.
Due to the memory foam layers and softer feel compared to the other Helix models, the Dusk and Sunset both absorb the most motion of all the Helix models.
The Plus features two comfort layers, which stop most coil motions contacting the mattress’ springy core.
This may result in less vibration traveling over the mattress’ surface.
As a result, the noise transmitted over the mattress is less. Motion transmission is modest during moonlight, dawn, and midnight, which might lessen the impact of your partner’s movements on your ability to sleep.
One of the benefits of Helix mattresses is pressure reduction, which is partly attributable to the layers of memory foam, polyfoam, and pocketed coils. The foam allows deep relaxation and self-cradling which may reduce pressure on pressure points like the hips, shoulders and hips. The demands of side sleepers or anyone under 130 lbs. Softer mattresses are more suitable for side sleepers and those who weigh less than 130 lbs. Firmer mattresses would be a better choice for those who sleep on the stomach or back, or who are more than 230lbs.
The moonlight, sunset, sunrise, and night are the best times to relieve pressure. This is partly due to the plusher surfaces. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Twilight and Dawn will have a stronger sensation which will make it more difficult for sleepers to feel pressure points. This decreases the effectiveness of these products.
Helix hybrid mattresses are around average when it comes to cooling down.
Memory foam mattresses can cause you to feel warm as you sleep. The mattress often stores heat and keeps it. To counter heat loss, the coils of these mattresses allow air to flow through to aid in cooling.
The Dawn is more comfortable because of its firmness and lack sinkage. Two cooling covers are included with the Plus to further aid with heat dissipation.
Each Helix model includes an encasement made from the coil’s inner core. Because of this, sinkage is less when a person lies down or sits on the edge. Every model has a different level support due to its structure and stiffness.
Twilight and Dawn, for instance, offer excellent edge support thanks to their sturdy designs. They provide excellent edge support due to their strong build. Dusk, Midnight and Plus also provide enough support for the edges.
The most luxurious models are Moonlight the Moonlight and Sunset, so you’ll sink less while you sleep or sit close to the edge. They provide the smallest amount of edge support than all Helix mattresses.
Ease of Movement
The model’s design is what sets it apart from other classes. The deep sinking Moonlight and setting sun make it difficult to walk on this surface.
Twilight and Dawn models however, feel firmer and more comfortable. Due to the strong pushback of the Dawn or Twilight models against the body, it is much easier for you to move about and get out.
The Line with a Plus bed has two layers of comfort. However, it’s a little more difficult to move than other hybrids.
Helix mattresses provide some spring and bounce thanks to their coil cores. Many couples find this a great option for sex. The amount of conforming or sinking that the foam layers provide can influence the sexual experience depending on how it is made.
Because of their smooth surfaces, the Helix Dawn’s and Twilight’s make it easy to move about. This makes them great for couples. Additionally, dusk, midnight, and plus are ideal times for sex, but moonlight and sunset will probably make things more difficult. These models have soft, plush surfaces that can restrict movement.
All Helix models initially have the standard amount of “new mattress scent,” which is present with all foam mattresses.
This smell is often considered to be normal and goes away within a few hours. Helix has many mattress options.
Helix hybrid mattresses have coil cores that allow for more air to flow across the entire bed. Because Helix mattresses are hybrids, odors will disappear faster than they would with an allfoam mattress.
If the smell is bothersome, you might leave the mattress out in a well-ventilated place for a few days.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
A mattress that has the right amount of support and cushions is key to good sleep. To align the spine and alleviate strain, the hips should not be pressed against the mattress. Side sleepers often prefer mattresses that have a “medium” feel. This is closer to the soft side of the range.
Side sleepers with a weight below 130 pounds will appreciate the plush padding offered by the Moonlight, Dusk, and Moonlight models. For those who want a cozier environment, the Moonlight is an excellent choice.
Side sleepers who are between 130 and 230 lbs should be able to use the Midnight/Dusk. The majority of sleepers in this weight range will enjoy the models’ blend of powerful contouring and support.
If you are a side-sleeper who is more than 230 lbs, the Plus and, to some extent, the Twilight will be your best choices. This model’s firmer feel will help side sleepers not sink too deeply into their bed. The Helix Dynamic Foam layer gives cushioning and bounce, and since the Plus is designed for bigger persons, the foam comfort layers provide the necessary cradling that relieves pressure on the shoulders and hips.
Back sleepers require a mixture of support, contouring, and cushioning. Side sleepers prefer less cushioning.
Back sleeping typically requires a bit extra support and hardness, especially in the lumbar region to prevent sinking too deeply and causing spinal misalignment. Your spine will be fairly even if your back is positioned on the bed.
This is why back sleepers may choose mattresses that feel firmer than the side sleepers’, but not as stiff and comfortable as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight might be the best option for back-sleepers under 130 pounds depending on their needs. It provides the ideal amount to support this sleeping position and offers cushioning.
A wide variety of options are available for those who weigh between 130 – 230 lbs. These people might like the Plus or Twilight for their back. Both offer enough support to the lower back and spine with sufficient plushness. Dusk and Dawn are equally excellent for their support and firmness.
The Plus and Twilight mattresses are excellent options for those who weigh over 230lbs who sleep on the back. These mattresses provide support for all weight categories to prevent hips sinking into the mattress.
As the main weight bearing part of a person’s body, torsos are usually heavier. Stomach sleepers place greater stress on their mattresses and are more likely to sink further than in other positions. If they fall too far, it can cause their spines to shift out of alignment. Later aches and pains may result from this. These stomach sleepers should have a mattress that’s firmer, supportive, and provides enough support to maintain their spine alignment.
Helix models with a firmer surface will be the most comfortable for stomach sleepers. This is because they require a level surface for proper spinal alignment. If you are over 130 pounds, the Plus or Dawn might be the best option for you. Because they are strong and supportive, the central portion of the mattress will reduce the chance of you losing weight. Therefore, a cushion that is comfortable will provide the support that stomach sleepers in this weight range require.
Because it is medium-firm, the Midnight is suitable for stomach sleepers less than 130 pounds. The Midnight is not suitable for heavier people. For stomach sleepers who are lighter in weight, especially those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds, the Twilight may also be appropriate.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
