Overview Helix Mattress Delivery Time
Helix, an online mattress manufacturer that sells directly to consumers, is well-known because of its sleep study. This quiz suggests the ideal mattress based on a person’s weight, preferred sleeping position, and sleeping style. To accommodate different sleeping preferences, the Helix series offers seven variants. Helix Mattress Delivery Time
Helix Moonlight and the Sunset The softest versions from the manufacturer are Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight. Helix Midnight and Helix Dusk are two examples of medium models. Helix Sunset Helix Twilight Helix Dawn, Helix Plus, and Helix Plus are three of the most commonly used models. Helix Plus are the strongest models in this line.
Helix produces the Sunset. Helix was conscious of side sleepers while creating the Sunset (the Midnight) and the Twilight. Lunar Light Midnight and Dawn, as well as Dusk & Dawn, were designed with stomach and back sleeping in mind. The Plus is specially designed for people who are larger. Helix creates each mattress to fit specific weight categories and sleeping positions. However, it may be appreciated by some who like its feel.
Each model, with the exception of the Plus, comes in both the normal and Luxe editions. Optional, the update expands the coil system in order to provide zonal Lumbar Support to improve spinal alignment. This works by supporting the hips and allowing the shoulders to drop further. To give it a luxurious feel, the cushion’s top is quilted with Luxe Edition. Tencel covers allow for ventilation to the mattress and help remove moisture. Along with the 10-year guarantee, the upgrade also includes a 15-year warranty.
The Dawn, Dusk Midnight and Sunset versions are 12 inches thick. Twilight’s luxurious version is 14 inches. The Plus is 13 inches thick in addition. Because Helix mattresses can be considered high-profile, it may require substantial pockets.
We will review the specifications, construction, and customer reviews for each Helix mattress. We’ll also highlight some of the possible benefits so you can choose which model suits you best.

Helix Mattress Performance
Motion Isolation
Helix mattresses are great at keeping you from moving. Foam layers can absorb much of the movement. The comfort layers’ latex-like polyfoam, however, is springier than ordinary memory foam. Due to the coil’s springiness, you might be able to see your partner’s movements throughout their night.
Dusk & Sunset absorb the most movement of all Helix models due to their memory foam layers.
The Plus features two comfort layers, which stop most coil motions contacting the mattress’ springy core.
The mattress may feel less vibratory because of this.
The amount of noise transferred to the mattress is therefore reduced. Your ability to Sleep is likely to be less affected by your partner’s movements during nighttime, dawn, and after midnight.
Pressure Relief
Helix mattresses reduce pressure. This is partly due to the Helix mattress’ layers of memory foam, pocketed coils, and polyfoam. Deep relaxation and self-cradling are possible with the foam, which can help relieve pressure on pressure points such as the hips or shoulders. Side sleepers (or anyone below 130 lbs) have specific needs. Softer mattresses will be more accommodating to their needs. Firmer mattresses would be a better choice for those who sleep on the stomach or back, or who are more than 230lbs.
The best relief from pressure is found in the moonlight and dusk. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Due to Twilight and Dawn’s more intense sensations, sleepers will be less likely to experience pressure points. This can reduce the effectiveness of these products.
Temperature Control
Helix mattresses perform above average for hybrids in terms of sleeping cool.
Because memory foam mattresses often retain heat, they can make you feel warm while you sleep. These mattresses have coils that allow air to circulate through them to counter heat loss.
The Dawn’s firmness combined with its lack of sinkage make it cooler than any other type. To aid heat dissipation, two cooling covers are included in the Plus.
Edge Support
Each Helix model includes an encasement made from the coil’s inner core. Because of this, sinkage is less when a person lies down or sits on the edge. Each model offers a different level of edge support, due to its quality and stiffness.
Twilight and Dawn offer the best edge support, thanks to their solid design. Due to their solid construction, they provide outstanding edge support. Additionally, Dusk, Midnight, and Plus provide sufficient support for the edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight, Sunset and Sunset are the most luxurious models. You’ll feel less sinking while you sleep or be close to the edge. They provide the smallest amount of edge support than all Helix mattresses.
Ease of Movement
The model’s ability to move is the main distinguishing feature. It is hard to walk on the ground due to the sinking Moonlight, which is softer than the Sun.
Twilight and Dawn models however, feel firmer and more comfortable. With the powerful pushback of the body, Dawn and Twilight models make it much easier to get out of bed.
The Line with Plus’s plush comfort system with two layers may make it more difficult to move, but the firmness of the mattress still allows for enough movement.
Sex
Helix mattresses are known for their coil cores which provide some spring and bounce. Many couples enjoy Helix mattress sex. The degree of conforming and sinking offered by the foam layers will vary depending on how they are designed. This can either enhance or diminish the sexual experience.
The Helix Dawn and Twilight’s smooth surfaces make moving about simpler, making them the best options for couples. Additionally, dusk and midnight are ideal times for sex. However, moonlight, sunset and sunrise will likely make things more difficult. These models have plush, soft surface that could restrict motion.
Off-Gassing
Helix models have the same amount of “new mattress smell” as all foam mattresses.
This is a common smell that is considered to be safe and usually disappears within a few days. Helix has many mattress options.
Because Helix mattresses are hybrids, their coil cores provide more air to move across the whole bed. Therefore, the odors of Helix mattresses will dissipate more quickly than with all-foam mattresses.
You can leave the mattress open for a few hours if the smell bothers you.

Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
Side Sleepers
You can sleep comfortably on your side if you find the right combination of support and cushioning in a mattress. To alleviate strain and align your spine, you need your hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress. Side sleepers will prefer mattresses with a more “medium” feel. They are closer to softening the range.
Side bed sleepers less than 130lbs will enjoy the plush padding on the Moonlight and Dusk models. The Moonlight is a good option for people who like a cozier atmosphere.
The fairly firm Midnight and Dusk are best suited for side sleepers who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds. These sleepers will appreciate the models’ combination of strong contouring and support.
If you are a side-sleeper who is more than 230 lbs, the Plus and, to some extent, the Twilight will be your best choices. This model’s firmer feel will help side sleepers not sink too deeply into their bed. Helix Dynamic Foam provides cushioning and bounce. The Plus is made for larger people. The foam comfort layers provide the needed cradling to relieve pressure on the hips and shoulders.
Back Sleepers
Back sleepers require a mixture of support, contouring, and cushioning. Side sleepers prefer less cushioning.
To prevent spinal misalignment, back sleeping usually requires a little more support and hardness, particularly in the lumbar area. Your spine should be balanced by the position of your back on a bed.
This is why back sleepers often choose mattresses that are firmer than those preferred by side sleepers but not as stiff as those preferred by stomach sleepers.
The Midnight may be the best option for back sleepers under 130 pounds, depending on their needs. It offers the ideal amount support and cushioning to this sleeping position.
A wide variety of options are available for those who weigh between 130 – 230 lbs. Back sleepers that fall into this weight range might do well in the Twilight or the Plus. Both offer sufficient cushioning for the spine and excellent support for the lower part of the back. They are both Dusk as well as Dawn excellent because of their firmness and reliability.
The Plus, Twilight, or Dawn are great options for people who are heavier than 230 lbs and sleep on their stomachs. These pillows provide excellent support and help to keep hips from sinking into your mattress.
Stomach Sleepers
Because torsos typically bear the bulk of a person’s weight, Stomach sleepers tend to be more prone to sinking than other positions, putting greater pressure on their mattresses. If they sink too far, they run the risk of pushing their spines out their normal alignment. Later aches and pains may result from this. Ultimately, stomach sleepers need a mattress that is firmer, more supportive, and has enough push-back to keep their backs in alignment.
For stomach sleepers who need a flat surface to maintain proper spine alignment, the firmer Helix models will be more comfortable. People who are more than 130 lbs and who wish to sleep well may choose the Plus or Dawn. The central region of the mattress is sturdy enough to reduce the possibility of excessive weight loss thanks to their hardness and support. To provide stomach sleepers with this weight, a cushion which is comfortable will be sufficient.
Because it is medium-firm, the Midnight is suitable for stomach sleepers less than 130 pounds. Heavy people may sink too much. The Twilight might be suitable for stomach sleepers with lighter weights, particularly those who weigh between 130-230 pounds.
