Overview Helix Mattress Inches
A direct-to-consumer mattress manufacturer called Helix is renowned for its sleep study. This quiz helps you determine the ideal mattress by analyzing your body, weight, sleeping style, and preferred sleeping position. To accommodate different sleeping preferences, the Helix series offers seven variants. Helix Mattress Inches
Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight The manufacturer’s softest versions are Helix Sunset or Helix Moonlight. Helix Midnight, Helix Dusk and Helix Twilight are two examples for medium models. Helix Sunset The most often used models are Helix Twilight, Helix Dawn, and Helix Plus. Helix Plus is the most reliable model in the line.
Helix produces the Sunset. Helix kept side sleepers in mind when creating the Sunset, Midnight and Twilight. Lunar Light, Dusk and Dawn were designed with stomach- and back sleepers at heart. The Plus is specially designed for people who are larger. While Helix designs each mattress with certain weight categories and sleep positions in mind, some people may also like the way it feels.
Each model, with the exception of the Plus, comes in both the normal and Luxe editions. Optional, the update expands the coil system in order to provide zonal Lumbar Support to improve spinal alignment. The shoulders can drop further while the hips are supported. To give the cushion a more luxurious feel, the Luxe edition quilts the top. Tencel cover allows for better ventilation of the mattress, while also removing moisture. Along with the 10-year guarantee, the upgrade also includes a 15-year warranty.
The Dawn, Dusk and Midnight versions, Sunset, Moonlight, Sunset, Twilight, and Midnight versions are each 12 inches thick. The luxury versions are 14 inch thick. The Plus is 13 inches thick in addition. Because Helix mattresses can be considered high-profile, it may require substantial pockets.
We’ll be looking at the features, construction, reviews, and other aspects of each Helix mattress. We’ll also highlight some of the possible benefits so you can choose which model suits you best.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses perform well at preventing movement. Many movements are absorbed by the foam layers. However, the comfort layers’ latex-like, polyfoam is more springy than regular memory foam. Due to the coil’s springiness, you might be able to see your partner’s movements throughout their night.
Dusk/Sunset absorb the most motion due to their memory foam layers, which are softer than the other Helix models.
The Plus also has two comfort layers that prevent most coil movements from reaching the springy core of the mattress.
The mattress may feel less vibratory because of this.
As a consequence, noise transmission is decreased over the mattress. It is possible to rest better if you sleep at night, in the morning, or at night.
Helix mattresses are known for their ability to reduce pressure. This is due in part to the pockets of coils and memory foam. The foam can be used to relax deeply and allow for self-cradling. This may help reduce pressure points such pressure points as the hips and shoulders. Side sleepers (or anyone below 130 lbs) have specific needs. Softer mattresses provide better support. Firmer mattresses would be a better choice for those who sleep on the stomach or back, or who are more than 230lbs.
Moonlight, dusk and sunset provide the best pressure relief, partly because they have plusher surfaces. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Twilight and Dawn have a harder sensation, which will increase resistance to pressure points. This reduces the efficacy these products in this area.
Helix mattresses perform well for hybrids when it comes down to sleeping cool.
The memory foam mattress has a reputation for making you feel heated while you sleep since it often captures and holds onto heat all night. To counter heat loss, the coils of these mattresses allow air to flow through to aid in cooling.
The Dawn’s firmness, and lack of sinkage, makes it more comfortable than other types. The Plus includes two cooling covers to help with heat dissipation.
Every Helix model comes with an encasement which is reinforced within the core of the coil. The coil’s core is strengthened, so there is less sinkage when the person sits or lies on the edge of their bed. Every model has a different level support due to its structure and stiffness.
Twilight and Dawn provide the best edge support because of their sturdy design. These strong, sturdy products also provide great edge support. Dusk, Midnight and Plus also provide enough support for the edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight and Sunset are the most luxurious models. They offer more support for your spine, while also allowing you to sleep closer to the edge. They offer the most edge support among all Helix mattresses.
Ease of Movement
The model’s design is what sets it apart from other classes. It is hard to walk on the ground due to the sinking Moonlight, which is softer than the Sun.
Twilight and Dawn models on the other side have a firmer, pleasanter sensation. With the powerful pushback of the body, Dawn and Twilight models make it much easier to get out of bed.
The two-layer comfort system of the Line with the Plus may make the bed a little harder to move about on than other hybrids, but the firmness still allows for a sufficient amount of movement.
Helix mattresses can provide spring and bounce due to their coil cores. This is something many couples love when having sex. The amount of conforming or sinking that the foam layers provide can influence the sexual experience depending on how it is made.
The Helix Dawn and Twilight have smooth surfaces that make moving around easier, making them excellent choices for couples. Additionally, dusk and midnight are ideal times for sex. However, moonlight, sunset and sunrise will likely make things more difficult. These models have soft, plush surfaces which may limit motion.
Helix models have the same amount of “new mattress smell” as all foam mattresses.
This smell is often thought to be safe and goes away after a few days. Helix offers several mattress options.
Helix hybrid mattresses have coil cores that allow for more air to flow across the entire bed. Therefore, the odors of Helix mattresses will dissipate more quickly than with all-foam mattresses.
If you are bothered by the smell, you can choose to expose the mattress in a well-ventilated area for a few more hours.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
To sleep well on your side, you need a mattress that offers the right balance of support and cushioning. The mattress should allow the shoulders and hips to sink into it. This will help align the spine and relieve strain. Side sleepers will prefer mattresses with a more “medium” feel. They are closer to softening the range.
Side sleepers with a weight below 130 pounds will appreciate the plush padding offered by the Moonlight, Dusk, and Moonlight models. People who prefer a more cozy atmosphere will love the Moonlight.
The Midnight and Dusk models are best for side sleepers weighing between 130-230 pounds. These sleepers will appreciate the models’ combination of strong contouring and support.
If you are a side-sleeper who is more than 230 lbs, the Plus and, to some extent, the Twilight will be your best choices. People who are side sleepers will not sink too deeply into these models due to their firmer feel. Helix Dynamic foam layer provides bounce and cushioning, while the Plus model is for larger persons. The foam comfort layers provide support and cushioning, as well as the relief of pressure on the hips, shoulders, and hips.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
For back sleep to be comfortable, you will need to provide support and firmness in the lumbar region. This is important to avoid sinking too deep and creating spinal misalignment. The posture of your back on the bed ensures that your spine is reasonably even.
This is why back sleepers may choose mattresses that feel firmer than the side sleepers’, but not as stiff and comfortable as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight is a good option for back sleepers who weigh less than 130 pounds. It provides the right amount of support and cushioning that this sleeping position requires.
People who weigh between 130 to 230 pounds have many options. The Plus or Twilight might be a good choice for back sleepers who are in this weight range. Both offer enough cushioning to cushion the spine, and support for the lower back. Both Dawn and Dusk are excellent due to their solid support and moderate firmness.
For those who weigh more over 230 pounds who sleep on their backs, the Plus, Twilight, and Dawn are great options. These mattresses provide support for all weight categories to prevent hips sinking into the mattress.
As the main weight bearing part of a person’s body, torsos are usually heavier. Stomach sleepers are more likely to put stress on their mattresses, and sink deeper than others. If they sink too far, they run the risk of pushing their spines out their normal alignment. It could cause aches or pains in the future. The bottom line is that stomach sleepers need a mattress which is firmer, more supportive and offers enough support to align their backs.
Helix models that are thicker and more comfortable will suit stomach sleepers. They need a level surface to ensure proper spinal alignment. People who are more than 130 lbs and who wish to sleep well may choose the Plus or Dawn. Due to its hardness and support, the central area of the mattress is strong enough to prevent excessive weight loss. So a cushion that’s comfortable will give stomach sleepers in this range the support they need.
Because it feels medium firm, the Midnight is best for stomach sleepers weighing less than 130lbs. But, people who are heavier will not sink as deep. The Twilight may also work well for stomach sleepers of lighter weight, especially those weighing between 130 and 230lbs.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
