It takes into account your weight, preferred sleep position, and personal sleeping preferences. The Helix series has seven different variants that will suit various sleeping preferences. Helix Mattress Test
Helix Sunset & Helix Moonlight: These are the softest models from the manufacturer. Helix Midnight (and Helix Dusk) are two models that fall within the medium category. Helix Sunset Helix Twilight Helix Dawn, Helix Plus, and Helix Plus are three of the most commonly used models. Helix Plus is the firmest model in the Helix Plus line.
Helix produces the Sunset. Helix has side sleepers in mind while designing the Sunset, the Midnight, and the Twilight. Lunar Light Midnight, Dusk, Dawn and Dawn were created with stomach and back sleepers as consideration. The Plus is designed especially for larger individuals. While Helix designs each mattress with certain weight categories and sleep positions in mind, some people may also like the way it feels.
All models, except for the Plus edition, come in both the Luxe as well as the normal editions. This update is optional and extends coil support to provide zonal back support, which aids in better spinal alignment. The hips are supported while the shoulders drop farther. To give the cushion a more luxurious feel, the Luxe edition quilts the top. The Tencel cover promotes ventilation into the mattress while assisting in the removal of moisture. The upgrade comes with a 15-year warranty, in addition to the standard 10-year guarantee.
The Dawn, Dusk and Midnight versions, Sunset, Moonlight, Sunset, Twilight, and Midnight versions are each 12 inches thick. The luxury versions are 14 inch thick. Plus measures 13 inches. Since Helix mattresses may be high-profile, you might need to have large pockets.
We’ll be looking at the features, construction, reviews, and other aspects of each Helix mattress. We will also provide some possible benefits to help you make a decision about which model is best for you.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses are great at keeping you from moving. Many movements are absorbed by the foam layers. However, the comfort layers’ latex-like, polyfoam is more springy than regular memory foam. Due to the springiness emanating form the coil’s core, it is possible to sense your partner moving throughout the night.
Dusk & Sunset absorb the most movement of all Helix models due to their memory foam layers.
Two comfort layers are included in the Plus, which keep most coil motions from reaching its springy coil core.
You may experience less vibration on the mattress’ surface.
The quantity of noise that is transferred over the mattress is reduced as a result. You might be able to sleep more easily if your partner is not around.
One of the benefits of Helix mattresses is pressure reduction, which is partly attributable to the layers of memory foam, polyfoam, and pocketed coils. The foam enables deep relaxation and self-cradling, which may help take some of the pressure off of pressure points like the hips and shoulders. Side sleepers (or anyone below 130 lbs) have specific needs. Softer mattresses are more suitable for side sleepers and those who weigh less than 130 lbs. Firmer mattresses may be recommended for those who want to lie on their stomachs or backs and who are heavier than 230 lbs.
The moonlight, sunset, sunrise, and night are the best times to relieve pressure. This is partly due to the plusher surfaces. The Plus is designed for heavier people and may help to alleviate pressure points. Due to Twilight and Dawn’s more intense sensations, sleepers will be less likely to experience pressure points. This can reduce the effectiveness of these products.
Helix mattresses perform well for hybrids when it comes down to sleeping cool.
The memory foam mattress has a reputation for making you feel heated while you sleep since it often captures and holds onto heat all night. However, these mattresses’ coils allow for air flow to help counter heat loss.
The Dawn’s firmness combined with its lack of sinkage make it cooler than any other type. To aid heat dissipation, two cooling covers are included in the Plus.
Every Helix model is equipped with an encasement, which is strengthened within its core. As a result, less sinkage occurs when a person sits or lays on the edge of their bed. Each model is different in terms of how supportive it provides edge support. This is due to the quality of its construction and stiffness.
For instance, due to their sturdy design, the Dawn and Twilight provide the best edge support. Their sturdy construction provides excellent edge support. Dusk and Midnight are also available. Plus provides sufficient support for edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight & Sunset are the most extravagant models. These mattresses will allow you to sink less or stay close to the edge. These mattresses offer the most support at the edges than any other Helix mattress.
Ease of Movement
The model’s ability to move is the main distinguishing feature. It is hard to walk on the ground due to the sinking Moonlight, which is softer than the Sun.
Twilight models and Dawn models feel more firm and pleasant. Due to the strong pushback of the Dawn or Twilight models against the body, it is much easier for you to move about and get out.
The Line with Plus’s plush comfort system with two layers may make it more difficult to move, but the firmness of the mattress still allows for enough movement.
The Helix mattresses may provide some spring and bounce because of their coil cores, which many couples enjoy during sex. Depending on the design of the mattress, the degree of conforming and sinking provided by the foam layers may enhance or detract from the sexual experience.
The Helix Dawn’s smooth surfaces make it easy for couples to move around. Also, while dusk, night, and plus are great times to have sex, moonlight and sunset can make it more difficult. These models have plush, soft surfaces that may restrict motion.
Helix models have the same amount of “new mattress smell” as all foam mattresses.
This smell is often thought to be safe and goes away after a few days. Helix offers several mattress options.
Helix mattresses are hybrids. Their coil cores allow more air to circulate across the bed because they have multiple coils. This means that the odors from Helix mattresses will dissipate faster than they would from an all-foam one.
If you are bothered by the smell, you can choose to expose the mattress in a well-ventilated area for a few more hours.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
To sleep well on your side, you need a mattress that offers the right balance of support and cushioning. To alleviate strain and align your spine, you need your hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress. Mattresses with a “medium” feel, closer to the soft end of the range, are often preferred by side sleepers.
Side sleepers under 130 pounds will love the plush padding of the Moonlight and Dusk models. The Moonlight is a good option for people who like a cozier atmosphere.
Side sleepers who are between 130 and 230 lbs should be able to use the Midnight/Dusk. This weight range is the majority of those who will benefit from the models’ powerful contouring and support.
If you are a side sleeping person who weighs more than 230lbs, the Plus, and to a lesser extent the Twilight, are your best options. People who are side sleepers will not sink too deeply into these models due to their firmer feel. Helix Dynamic Foam gives the Plus cushioning and bounce. And, because the Plus is built for larger individuals, the foam comfort layers provide the required cradling that relieves pressure from the shoulders and hips.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
For back sleep to be comfortable, you will need to provide support and firmness in the lumbar region. This is important to avoid sinking too deep and creating spinal misalignment. Your spine will be fairly even if your back is positioned on the bed.
Back sleepers tend to choose mattresses that are firmer than side sleepers, but not as stiff or flexible as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight could be the best choice for back sleepers less than 130 lbs, depending on their requirements. This mattress provides the perfect amount of support and cushioning for back sleepers.
Those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds have a wide range of options. Back sleepers that fall into this weight range might do well in the Twilight or the Plus. Both offer enough cushioning to cushion the spine, and support for the lower back. Both Dawn and Dusk are excellent due to their solid support and moderate firmness.
The Plus and Twilight mattresses are excellent options for those who weigh over 230lbs who sleep on the back. They provide excellent support to the weight range and prevent your hips from sinking in the mattress.
Because torsos typically bear the bulk of a person’s weight, Stomach-sleepers are more likely than other sleepers to place greater strain on their mattresses. They also tend to sink deeper than those in other positions. If they fall too far, they can push their spines out from their normal alignment. This could lead to aches and pains later. Stomach sleepers require a mattress that is firmer and more supportive. It should also have enough push-back to support their backs.
Helix versions that are firmer will be more comfortable for stomach-sleepers, who require a level surface in order to maintain their spinal alignment. Those who weigh more than 130 pounds who want to sleep well might choose the Plus and Dawn. Due to its hardness and support, the central area of the mattress is strong enough to prevent excessive weight loss. To provide stomach sleepers with this weight, a cushion which is comfortable will be sufficient.
Because it feels medium-firm, The Midnight is ideal for stomach sleepers who weigh less than 130 lbs. For heavier people, however, the Midnight will sink too deep. The Twilight is also suitable for stomach sleepers who are lighter, especially those who weigh between 130 to 230 pounds.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
