Helix Sunset Helix Twilight Helix Dawn Helix Plus and Helix Plus have the most common use models. Helix Plus is the firmest model in the Helix Plus line.
Helix produced the Sunset. Helix kept side sleepers in mind when creating the Sunset, Midnight and Twilight. Lunar Light, Dusk and Dawn were designed with stomach- and back sleepers at heart. The Plus is especially made for those who are bigger. While Helix designs each mattress with certain weight categories and sleep positions in mind, some people may also like the way it feels.
With the exception of Plus, every model is available in both the Luxe and normal editions. This optional update extends the coil system to provide zonal support for spinal alignment. The hips are supported while the shoulders drop farther. The top of the cushion is quilted in the Luxe edition to give it a plusher feel. Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses are very good at controlling movement. A lot of movement is often absorbed by foam layers. The comfort layers’ latex like polyfoam are springier that ordinary memory foam. Because of the springiness emanating from the coil’s centre, you may be able detect your partner’s movements throughout a night.
Dusk & Sunset absorb the most movement of all Helix models due to their memory foam layers.
The Plus has two comfort layers as well, which prevent the majority of coil motions from reaching the springy coil core of the mattress.
As a result, less vibration may travel over the surface of the mattress.
This reduces the amount of noise that is transmitted across the mattress. Your ability to Sleep is likely to be less affected by your partner’s movements during nighttime, dawn, and after midnight.
Helix mattresses offer pressure relief. This is partially due to the pocketsed coils, memory foam and polyfoam layers. The foam can be used to relax deeply and allow for self-cradling. This may help reduce pressure points such pressure points as the hips and shoulders. Side sleepers and those under 130 lbs. are more demanding. Softer mattresses will be more accommodating to their needs. Firmer mattresses are recommended for people who sleep on their stomachs, back, or who weigh more that 230 pounds.
Moonlight, dusk and sunset provide the best pressure relief, partly because they have plusher surfaces. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Dawn and Twilight’s harder sensation will result in higher resistance to pressure points on sleepers, which lessens the efficacy of these products in this region.
Helix mattresses perform above average for hybrids in terms of sleeping cool.
Memory foam mattresses can cause you to feel warm as you sleep. The mattress often stores heat and keeps it. But these mattresses’ coils allow air to flow through them to assist counteract heat loss.
The Dawn’s firmness, and lack of sinkage, makes it more comfortable than other types. The Plus includes two cooling covers to help with heat dissipation.
Every Helix model is equipped with an encasement, which is strengthened within its core. Because of this, sinkage is less when a person lies down or sits on the edge. Each model is different in terms of how supportive it provides edge support. This is due to the quality of its construction and stiffness.
For instance, due to their sturdy design, the Dawn and Twilight provide the best edge support. These strong, sturdy products also provide great edge support. Dusk and Midnight are also available. Plus provides sufficient support for edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight, Sunset and Sunset are the most luxurious models. You’ll feel less sinking while you sleep or be close to the edge. These mattresses offer the most support at the edges than any other Helix mattress.
Ease of Movement
The ease of movement is primarily determined by the model’s quality. Because of the sinking Moonlight and setting sun, it is very difficult to walk on the surface.
Twilight and Dawn models, on the other hand, have a firmer, more pleasant sensation. It is considerably simpler to shift about and get out of bed with the Dawn and Twilight models’ powerful pushback against the body.
Although the Line with the Plus’s two-layer comfort system makes it a bit more difficult to move around on than other hybrids due to its firmness, the bed still offers enough movement.
Helix mattresses are known for their coil cores which provide some spring and bounce. Many couples enjoy Helix mattress sex. Depending on the design of the mattress, the degree of conforming and sinking provided by the foam layers may enhance or detract from the sexual experience.
Because of their smooth surfaces, the Helix Dawn’s and Twilight’s make it easy to move about. This makes them great for couples. Dusk, midnight, plus, and plus are the best times for sex. Moonlight and sunset, however, will make it more challenging. These models have soft, plush surfaces that can restrict movement.
Helix models start with the same standard amount of “new-mattress scent” that all foam mattresses have.
The smell is usually considered safe and disappears after a few days. Helix has many mattress options.
Helix mattresses can be described as hybrids because their coil cores make it easier for air to move around the entire bed. Therefore, the odors of Helix mattresses will dissipate more quickly than with all-foam mattresses.
You can leave the mattress open for a few hours if the smell bothers you.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
Finding a mattress with the ideal ratio of support to cushioning is the key to sleeping well on your side. For proper alignment and relief of strain, the hips and shoulders should be free to sink into a mattress. Side sleepers will prefer mattresses with a more “medium” feel. They are closer to softening the range.
Side sleepers under 130 pounds will love the plush padding of the Moonlight and Dusk models. For those who want a cozier environment, the Moonlight is an excellent choice.
The fairly firm Midnight and Dusk are best suited for side sleepers who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds. This weight range is the majority of those who will benefit from the models’ powerful contouring and support.
The Plus and, in a lesser amount, the Twilight are the best options for side sleepers who weigh more than 220 pounds. People who are side sleepers will not sink too deeply into these models due to their firmer feel. Helix Dynamic Foam provides cushioning and bounce. The Plus is made for larger people. The foam comfort layers provide the needed cradling to relieve pressure on the hips and shoulders.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
For back sleep to be comfortable, you will need to provide support and firmness in the lumbar region. This is important to avoid sinking too deep and creating spinal misalignment. The posture of your back on the bed ensures that your spine is reasonably even.
This is why back sleepers often choose mattresses that are firmer than those preferred by side sleepers but not as stiff as those preferred by stomach sleepers.
The Midnight may be the best option for back sleepers under 130 pounds, depending on their needs. It provides the ideal amount to support this sleeping position and offers cushioning.
Those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds have a wide range of options. Back sleepers with this weight might find the Plus or Twilight suitable. They both provide sufficient plushness to support the spine and the lower back. Both Dawn and Dusk are excellent due to their solid support and moderate firmness.
The Plus and Twilight mattresses are excellent options for those who weigh over 230lbs who sleep on the back. These pillows provide excellent support and help to keep hips from sinking into your mattress.
Because torsos typically bear the bulk of a person’s weight, Stomach sleepers tend to be more prone to sinking than other positions, putting greater pressure on their mattresses. If they fall too far, they can push their spines out from their normal alignment. It could cause aches or pains in the future. These stomach sleepers should have a mattress that’s firmer, supportive, and provides enough support to maintain their spine alignment.
Helix models with a firmer surface will be the most comfortable for stomach sleepers. This is because they require a level surface for proper spinal alignment. If you are over 130 pounds, the Plus or Dawn might be the best option for you. Thanks to their support and hardiness, the central part of the mattress is strong enough not to cause excessive weight loss. To provide stomach sleepers with this weight, a cushion which is comfortable will be sufficient.
Because it is medium-firm, the Midnight is suitable for stomach sleepers less than 130 pounds. For heavier people, however, the Midnight will sink too deep. The Twilight might be suitable for stomach sleepers with lighter weights, particularly those who weigh between 130-230 pounds.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
