Overview Helix Mattress Twitter
Helix, a direct to consumer mattress manufacturer, is known for its sleep research. This quiz will determine which mattress is best for you. It takes into account your weight, preferred sleep position, and personal sleeping preferences. To accommodate different sleeping preferences, the Helix series offers seven variants. Helix Mattress Twitter
Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight are the softest versions available from the manufacturer. Helix Midnight, Helix Dusk and Helix Twilight are two examples for medium models. Helix Sunset Helix Twilight Helix Dawn and Helix Plus are the most used models. Helix Plus are the strongest models in this line.
Helix is responsible for the Sunset. Helix considers side sleepers when designing the Sunsets, Midnights, and Twilight. Lunar Light, Dusk and Dawn were designed with stomach- and back sleepers at heart. The Plus is designed especially for larger individuals. Helix mattresses are designed with specific weight categories in mind. However, some people may like how it feels.
All models, except for the Plus edition, come in both the Luxe as well as the normal editions. Optional, the update expands the coil system in order to provide zonal Lumbar Support to improve spinal alignment. The shoulders can drop further while the hips are supported. The Luxe edition of the quilt is used on the top to give the cushion a plush feel. Tencel covers encourage ventilation and aid in moisture removal. In addition to the 10-year standard guarantee, the upgrade includes a 15 year warranty.
The standard versions of the Dawn, Dusk, Midnight, Moonlight, Sunset, and Twilight are 12 inches thick, while the luxurious versions are 14 inches thick. Additionally, the Plus measures 13 inches in thickness. Since Helix mattresses may be high-profile, you might need to have large pockets.
We’ll be looking at the features, construction, reviews, and other aspects of each Helix mattress. We will also provide some possible benefits to help you make a decision about which model is best for you.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE

Helix Mattress Performance
The majority of Helix mattresses are excellent at preventing movement. A lot of movement is often absorbed by foam layers. However, comfort layers’ latex-like memory foam is much springier than regular memory foam. Due to the springiness emanating form the coil’s core, it is possible to sense your partner moving throughout the night.
Dusk & Sunset absorb the most movement of all Helix models due to their memory foam layers.
Two comfort layers are included in the Plus, which keep most coil motions from reaching its springy coil core.
The mattress may feel less vibratory because of this.
The quantity of noise that is transferred over the mattress is reduced as a result. The amount of motion transmission during the moonlight, dawn and midnight is very low, which may lessen your ability to go to sleep.
Helix mattresses are known for their ability to reduce pressure. This is due in part to the pockets of coils and memory foam. The foam is able to induce deep relaxation and self cradling, which can reduce pressure points like the hips. Side sleepers and those under 130 lbs. are more demanding. Softer mattresses can better meet their needs. Firmer mattresses would be a better choice for those who sleep on the stomach or back, or who are more than 230lbs.
Moonlight, dusk and sunset provide the best pressure relief, partly because they have plusher surfaces. The Plus is specifically designed for those who are heavier and can help alleviate pressure points. Twilight and Dawn have a harder sensation, which will increase resistance to pressure points. This reduces the efficacy these products in this area.
When it comes to sleeping cool, Helix mattresses perform around average for hybrids.
Memory foam mattresses can cause you to feel warm as you sleep. The mattress often stores heat and keeps it. To counter heat loss, the coils of these mattresses allow air to flow through to aid in cooling.
The Dawn’s firmness and lack of sinkage help it sleep cooler than the other types. The Plus includes two cooling covers to help with heat dissipation.
Each Helix model includes an encasement made from the coil’s inner core. Because of this, sinkage is less when a person lies down or sits on the edge. Each model is different in terms of how supportive it provides edge support. This is due to the quality of its construction and stiffness.
Twilight and Dawn provide the best edge support because of their sturdy design. These strong, sturdy products also provide great edge support. Dusk, Midnight, or Plus are sufficient to support the edges.
The most luxurious models are Moonlight the Moonlight and Sunset, so you’ll sink less while you sleep or sit close to the edge. These mattresses offer the most support at the edges than any other Helix mattress.
Ease of Movement
The model’s overall quality is what separates the ease of movement from any other class. It is hard to walk on the ground due to the sinking Moonlight, which is softer than the Sun.
Twilight and Dawn models, on the other hand, have a firmer, more pleasant sensation. It’s much easier to get up and move about with the Dawn/Twilight models’ strong pushback against your body.
The Line with a Plus bed has two layers of comfort. However, it’s a little more difficult to move than other hybrids.
Helix mattresses are known for their coil cores which provide some spring and bounce. Many couples enjoy Helix mattress sex. Depending on the design of the mattress, the degree of conforming and sinking provided by the foam layers may enhance or detract from the sexual experience.
The Helix Dawn and Twilight’s smooth surfaces make moving about simpler, making them the best options for couples. Dusk, midnight, plus, and plus are the best times for sex. Moonlight and sunset, however, will make it more challenging. These models have plush, soft surface that could restrict motion.
Helix models have the same amount of “new mattress smell” as all foam mattresses.
This smell is often considered to be normal and goes away within a few hours. Helix offers many different mattress options.
Helix mattresses are hybrids. Their coil cores allow more air to circulate across the bed because they have multiple coils. The result is that odors are less likely to persist than with an all foam mattress.
You could leave the mattress unventilated for a couple of hours if you find the scent to be bothersome.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
You can sleep comfortably on your side if you find the right combination of support and cushioning in a mattress. For proper alignment and relief of strain, the hips and shoulders should be free to sink into a mattress. Mattresses with a “medium” feel, closer to the soft end of the range, are often preferred by side sleepers.
Side bed sleepers less than 130lbs will enjoy the plush padding on the Moonlight and Dusk models. People who prefer a more cozy atmosphere will love the Moonlight.
Side sleepers who are between 130 and 230 lbs should be able to use the Midnight/Dusk. Models’ combination of support and contouring will appeal to most sleepers who are in this weight range.
The Plus and, to a lesser extent, the Twilight, are the best options if you are a side sleeper who weighs more over 230 pounds. This model’s firmer feel will help side sleepers not sink too deeply into their bed. Helix Dynamic Foam gives the Plus cushioning and bounce. And, because the Plus is built for larger individuals, the foam comfort layers provide the required cradling that relieves pressure from the shoulders and hips.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
Back sleeping typically requires a bit extra support and hardness, especially in the lumbar region to prevent sinking too deeply and causing spinal misalignment. Your spine will remain fairly level by how your back is placed on the bed.
This is why back sleepers may choose mattresses that feel firmer than the side sleepers’, but not as stiff and comfortable as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight could be the best choice for back sleepers less than 130 lbs, depending on their requirements. This mattress provides the perfect amount of support and cushioning for back sleepers.
There are many options for those who weigh between 130-230 pounds and between 130-230 pounds. Back sleepers who fall within this weight range may be able to use the Plus or Twilight. Both offer enough support to the lower back and spine with sufficient plushness. Dusk and Dawn both offer excellent support and are firm but not too firm.
The Plus, Twilight and Dawn are great choices for those who sleep on their backs and weigh more than 230 pounds. These pillows provide excellent support and help to keep hips from sinking into your mattress.
The majority of someone’s weight is carried by their torsos. Stomach-sleepers are more likely than other sleepers to place greater strain on their mattresses. They also tend to sink deeper than those in other positions. If they are too far down, their spines could become twisted and form a U-shaped shape. It can cause later aches and discomforts. The bottom line is that stomach sleepers need a mattress which is firmer, more supportive and offers enough support to align their backs.
Helix versions that are firmer will be more comfortable for stomach-sleepers, who require a level surface in order to maintain their spinal alignment. For those over 130lbs who wish to get a good night’s sleep, the Plus and Dawn may be a better choice. Because of their support and hardness, the central region of the mattress can reduce the risk of weight loss. A cushion that is supportive and comfortable will offer the support stomach sleepers of this weight range need.
Because the Midnight feels medium-firm it’s suitable for stomach sleepers below 130 pounds. The Midnight is not suitable for heavier people. The Twilight is also suitable for stomach sleepers who are lighter, especially those who weigh between 130 to 230 pounds.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
