Helix Sunset and Helix Moonlight are the softest versions available from the manufacturer. Helix Midnight is one example of a medium model. Helix Dusk is another. Helix Sunset The most often used models are Helix Twilight, Helix Dawn, and Helix Plus. The line’s firmest models are Helix Plus.
Helix is responsible for the Sunset. Helix considers side sleepers when designing the Sunsets, Midnights, and Twilight. Lunar Light, Dusk and Dawn were designed with stomach- and back sleepers at heart. The Plus is made especially for larger people. Helix makes each mattress with specific weights and sleep positions in mind. But, for some people, the Plus may feel great.
Each model, with the exception of the Plus, comes in both the normal and Luxe editions. The update, which is optional, extends the coil system to provide zonal lumbar support to aid in more effective spinal alignment. This is accomplished by supporting the hips while allowing the shoulders to descend farther. The Luxe edition of the quilt is used on the top to give the cushion a plush feel. Tencel cover allows for better ventilation of the mattress, while also removing moisture. In addition to the 10-year standard guarantee, the upgrade includes a 15 year warranty.
Standard versions of the Dawn and Dusk, Midnight, Moonlight and Sunset are 12 inches thick. The luxurious versions are 14 inches. The Plus is 13 inches thick in addition. Because Helix mattresses can be considered high-profile, it may require substantial pockets.

Helix Mattress Performance
Helix mattresses have a great track record of preventing movement. Many movements are absorbed by the foam layers. The latex-like polyfoam of comfort layers is, however, springier than ordinary memory. Due to the springiness emanating form the coil’s core, it is possible to sense your partner moving throughout the night.
The memory foam layers and soft feel of the Helix models make the Dusk and Sunset absorb the most motion than any other models.
The Plus has two comfort layers as well, which prevent the majority of coil motions from reaching the springy coil core of the mattress.
This may result in less vibration traveling over the mattress’ surface.
As a result, the noise transmitted over the mattress is less. You might be able to sleep more easily if your partner is not around.
Helix mattresses have a number of benefits, including pressure reduction. This can partly be attributed to the layers memory foam, polyfoam and pocketed coils. Deep relaxation and self-cradling are possible with the foam, which can help relieve pressure on pressure points such as the hips or shoulders. Side sleepers and those under 130 lbs. are more demanding. Softer mattresses will be more accommodating to their needs. Firmer mattresses may be recommended for those who want to lie on their stomachs or backs and who are heavier than 230 lbs.
The best relief from pressure is found in the moonlight and dusk. The Plus was designed specifically for those with more weight and may be effective in relieving pressure points for those who fall into this category. Due to Twilight and Dawn’s more intense sensations, sleepers will be less likely to experience pressure points. This can reduce the effectiveness of these products.
Helix mattresses perform about average in hybrids for cooling down when it comes sleeping.
Memory foam mattresses are known for heating you while you sleep. This is because it holds heat throughout the night. To counter heat loss, the coils of these mattresses allow air to flow through to aid in cooling.
The Dawn’s firmness as well as its lack of sinkage makes it feel cooler than other types. The Plus includes two cooling covers to help with heat dissipation.
Each Helix model has an encasement that is strengthened within the coil’s core. The coil’s core is strengthened, so there is less sinkage when the person sits or lies on the edge of their bed. Each model offers a different level of edge support, due to its quality and stiffness.
The Dawn and Twilight, for example, provide excellent edge support due to their strong design. They provide excellent edge support due to their strong build. Dusk or Midnight, plus provide adequate support for the edges.
Moonlight the Moonlight, Sunset and Sunset are the most luxurious models. You’ll feel less sinking while you sleep or be close to the edge. They have the lowest edge support of all Helix mattress models.
Ease of Movement
The model’s design is what sets it apart from other classes. The deep sinking Moonlight and setting sun make it difficult to walk on this surface.
Twilight and Dawn models however, feel firmer and more comfortable. Due to the strong pushback of the Dawn or Twilight models against the body, it is much easier for you to move about and get out.
The Line with Plus’s plush comfort system with two layers may make it more difficult to move, but the firmness of the mattress still allows for enough movement.
The Helix mattresses may provide some spring and bounce because of their coil cores, which many couples enjoy during sex. Depending on the design of the mattress, the degree of conforming and sinking provided by the foam layers may enhance or detract from the sexual experience.
The Helix Dawn and Twilight’s smooth surfaces make moving about simpler, making them the best options for couples. Also, while dusk, night, and plus are great times to have sex, moonlight and sunset can make it more difficult. These models have plush, soft surface that could restrict motion.
Helix models are initially equipped with the standard “new mattress fragrance” which is common for all foam mattresses.
This smell is often considered to be normal and goes away within a few hours. Helix offers several mattress options.
Helix mattresses that are hybrids have more air circulation because of their coil cores. The result is that odors are less likely to persist than with an all foam mattress.
If the scent bothers you, you could choose to leave the mattress exposed in a well-ventilated space for a few hours.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
Helix Sleeping Style and Body Weight
A mattress that has the right amount of support and cushions is key to good sleep. The mattress should allow the shoulders and hips to sink into it. This will help align the spine and relieve strain. Side sleepers will prefer mattresses with a more “medium” feel. They are closer to softening the range.
Side sleepers with a weight below 130 pounds will appreciate the plush padding offered by the Moonlight, Dusk, and Moonlight models. The Moonlight is the best option for those who desire a cozier setting.
Side sleepers between 130 to 230 pounds are best suited for the Midnight and Dusk’s firmness. These sleepers will appreciate the models’ combination of strong contouring and support.
If you are a side sleeping person who weighs more than 230lbs, the Plus, and to a lesser extent the Twilight, are your best options. These models’ firmer feel will keep folks who fall into this type of side sleepers from sinking too deep into their beds. Helix Dynamic Foam gives the Plus cushioning and bounce. And, because the Plus is built for larger individuals, the foam comfort layers provide the required cradling that relieves pressure from the shoulders and hips.
Back sleepers also need a combination of support and contouring. But they require less cushioning than side-sleepers.
Back sleeping is more difficult than usual. You need extra support in the lumbar and back regions to prevent your spine from sinking. You can ensure that your spine is fairly straight by placing your back on the mattress.
This is why back sleepers choose mattresses that have a firmer feel than side sleepers and not as stiff as stomach sleepers.
The Midnight may be the right choice for backs that weigh less than 130lbs. It depends on your needs. It provides the ideal amount of cushioning and support for this sleeping posture.
Those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds have a wide range of options. Back sleepers with this weight might find the Plus or Twilight suitable. Both offer sufficient cushioning for the spine and excellent support for the lower part of the back. Dusk and Dawn both offer excellent support and are firm but not too firm.
For those who weigh more over 230 pounds who sleep on their backs, the Plus, Twilight, and Dawn are great options. They offer great support for weight ranges to prevent hips and backs from sinking under the mattress.
Since torsos normally bear the majority of a person’s weight. Stomach sleepers tend to be more prone to sinking than other positions, putting greater pressure on their mattresses. They run the danger of pushing their spines out of their normal alignment and forming a U shape if they drop too far. This can lead to later aches, and pains. The bottom line is that stomach sleepers need a mattress which is firmer, more supportive and offers enough support to align their backs.
The firmer Helix versions will be most comfortable for stomach sleepers, who require a level surface to preserve proper spinal alignment and alignment. People who are more than 130 lbs and who wish to sleep well may choose the Plus or Dawn. Due to its hardness and support, the central area of the mattress is strong enough to prevent excessive weight loss. So a cushion that’s comfortable will give stomach sleepers in this range the support they need.
Because it feels medium-firm, The Midnight is ideal for stomach sleepers who weigh less than 130 lbs. However, heavier people will sink too far. For stomach sleepers who are lighter in weight, especially those who weigh between 130 and 230 pounds, the Twilight may also be appropriate.CLICK FOR BEST PRICE
